It took me about one year to acctually register for a blogger account to start writing a blog, and that was when i was in my 1st or 2nd year of Uni.

I can still remember that, right after i create the account and look at the blank blog that i just created, i decided that it’s already took much work for me to cont, and so, the next thing i did was close the IE.

That blog R.I.P.

It was more than 5 years since then. Last Friday, it just came to me and i went and “re-register” my blog again at blogger(heck, 5 years back i dun think that google bought blogspot yet). I was trying to get familiar with the simple interface that blogger presented, and i didn’t like it. I didn’t have much of a control on things that i wanna do on it. And so the next option i had was to host my own blog.

On monday i started my research for any CMS lazy man tools for blogs, being lazy i wanted the easiest-to-use CMS with the most features and expandability. Many said Word Press was good enough and has lots of features and lots of plug-ins.

then i started kacao-ing ppl, finally the kind man satkuru created a dummy blog for me to play with and experience the “WP” deal. In the process, he dumbly accidentally went and delete his latest blog post….opps !~ (i tried playing around with WP interface to see if i could have made the same mistake as him, but sorry la, i couldn’t understand how he can go and delete that post while trying to create a sub blog)

But anyhow, thanks to him i got a chance to play around with WP. Thanks and sorry for the trouble dude !~

Then on wed, i went and bug another fella to ask about exabytes hosting, see if that fella wanna kongsi anot. He said ok, but wouldn’t move to exabytes that fast, then he told me that he has 3000GB of hosting space not in used. wtf !~

in the next 30 min, www.onebigbone.com was being hosted on 1 of his hosting accounts.

Thanks man.

The next thing i need to do was not to hit that close button on ie, again.

*i did close eventually without writing anything*

As of today, i have my own blog.

My own blog.
